(More customer reviews)This mixer works great I have chopped and shredded all kinds of things with it.The only draw back for me and the reason for only 4 stars is the noise level.If you use this on high speed #12 like the instructions suggest it is horribly loud.I turn it down unless I am chopping something hard like carrots, or shredding parmesan.Overall I am happy I bought this.
