(More customer reviews)The first time I used this food processor I found it very hard to latch the lid. The second time Itried to latched the lid the little, flimsy plastic catches on the bowl snapped off. This leaves the food processor absolutely useless as it will not operate without the latches being secured. This is a badly designed product and if I am still able to return it I certainly will. If not it will have to go in the trash. I should have bought a Kitchen Aid or Cuisinart.
